Yoga at CKE Community Center

I'm proud to be offering community classes twice a week at the CKE Community center.  The center provides a beautiful in the upstairs space that allows us to practice yoga in a safe and comfortable way.  These classes are booked online through my website.  CKE Community classes are open to all levels and provide a slow flow vinyassa style and deep stretch for refreshing and relaxing experience.  Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:00pm.  There is limited space so classes must be booked in advance.

Studio Classes

Currently you can find me teaching at two Hot Yoga Studios in Calgary.  I teach a Slow Flow Yoga Class every Monday at 4:45pm at Yoga Nova Studio which is now open to in person and continues to stream classes live (they also have a video library so you can flow with me any time that works best for you).  

I also teach at Savoria Natural Wellness which has FAR Infrared heat to help with detoxifying, immunity building along with many other benenfits.  You can find me there every Saturday morning for a Hatha class for all levels that helps support form and alignment with the challenges of moving slow and holding the postures to build strength.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

While I don't currently have any private sessions available, I am always open to requests for private sessions in person or virtually.  Private lessons are a good way to learn about how your own body moves and make the connections between what a pose might look like in someone else and how it feels in your own body.  It's also a good way to start your own practice and understand the relationship between the poses while starting to create your own personal flows.
